We collect minimal personal information strictly necessary to fulfill your grocery orders: your name, mobile number for delivery communication and SMS updates, delivery street address, and purchase history.

2. Payment Data Security

Halaals never directly collects, stores, or processes your raw credit/debit card numbers or CVV. All electronic transactions are handled directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (Razorpay) using 256-bit encryption.

3. Usage of Personal Data

Your information is solely used to dispatch orders to your doorstep, communicate live rider tracking, send invoices, and notify you of pertinent order changes. We never sell, rent, or trade customer contact details to third-party marketing brokers.
